AQUARIUM, BIG PLATE GLASS SILICONE SEALANT

FB3000 TOP GRADE SILICONE SEALANT is made by imported German silicone material, especially used for large aquarium and large glass panels.

Application

1. Specially used for middle and large aquarium installation, large glass panels installing;

2. Excellent sealing and adhering for lighting roofs, sun sheds, aluminum alloy doors and windows, ceramics, faucets, modular houses, cold storage rooms, painted surfaces, non-oily wood;

3. Suitable for indoor or outdoor wall joints, waterproof and sealed.

4. For other various architectural and industrial uses.

Characteristics

1. One-component, acetic cured, RTV, high toughness, professional grade.
2. Will not flow due to its own weight.

3. Adapt to the seam of the top or side wall without sinking, collapsing or flowing away.

4. Excellent weather resistance, vibration resistance, moisture resistance, odor resistance and cold & heat resistance.

5. Available Colors: Transparent, White, Grey and Black, or as per customers' requirements. 

Using Method
1. Get rid of the rust, oil, or any dirty on the operation surfaces, to make sure it completely clean and dry;
2. Cut nozzle to desired size and smoothly extrudes sealant to joint areas;
3. If further sealing needed, should finish operation within 5 minutes. Wipe off the surplus sealant with dry tissue.

4. After completely solidify, amend by knife.

NOTICES
1. Unsuitable for curtain wall structural adhesive;
2. Unsuitable for the airproof location, because it is required to absorb moisture in air to cure  

for the sealant;
3. Unsuitable for the frosty or moist surface;
4. Unsuitable for the continually soggy place;
5. Can't be used if the temperature is below 4℃ or above 50℃ on the surface of the material.

6. Not suitable for alkaline materials and metals, such as marble, copper, iron, lead, galvanized material. NEUTRAL cure silicone sealant is suitable.

 

Storage & Shelf life

1.The product is nonflammable. Keep dry and shade, air tight during storage.

2.The shelf life is 12 months from date of production stored at 5-27℃,relative humidity below 50%.

3. After expiry date, the product can also be used if tested qualifid.
