PU FOAM CLEANER

Product Description:

FIRM BOND PU foam cleaner is used to clean excess foam inside, outside of foam gun and straw, and the uncured foam on the can valve.

Directions:

A. Used as gun cleaner

1. Unscrew the foam gun from PU-foam can (hold the valve opening away from the body)
2. Screw the cleaner with the screw top onto the gun.
3. Pull the trigger several times until no PU-foam is dispensed anymore.
4. Put the gun away for approx. 15 minutes to allow the cleaner to work.
5. Unscrew the cleaner from the gun.
6. Use a cloth to wipe away surplus cleaner from the gun and then lubricate adapter to prevent the adaptor from adhering to PU-foam can.

B. Used as spray cleaner
1. Put the supplied spray valve onto the valve of the can. (Hold the valve away from the body.) 
2. Point the valve towards the surface to be cleaned and then spray. Allow cleaner to work for a short time and then clean with a cloth. 

Notice:

Replace PU foam cleaner in one minute after using PU foam.

It’s essential to open trigger of gun repeatedly to clean the gun completely.

Pressurized containers. Protect from direct sunlight and temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius.

After use do not attempt to break open or incinerate.

Do not spray towards a flame or hot objects. Keep away from sparks. No smoking. Take precautions against electrostatic charging. Do not inhale. Do not allow into any drainage system

Keep out of the reach of children.

Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.

Storage and transportation:

Shady and dry place

Keep upside during storage and transportation.

shelf life: 24 months when stored at 20℃.

Beyond the shelf life, it is available to use if passed the test.
