Applications:

For making or processing of structural panels, hardboard, Medium Density Fiberboard (MDF), polywood, chipboard, plywood, wallboard, laminated veneer lumber, ceiling tile, laminated wooden products and other wooden products; for making wood adhesives.

 

Feature:

● It has the advantages of good strength, small deformation, widen use, convenient transportation, longer storage period;
● It has the properties of excellent waterproof, mildew resistance, no pollution, etc., and its adhesive strength is higher than the strength of wood;
● It can be adjusted by adding other adhesives and curing agent with a certain proportion to achieve a optimization.


Development:

The United Kingdom, France, the United States, and Japan began to use powdery synthetic resin since the 1970s. Because of its advantages of liquid reducibility, nonpollutability, and long-term storage, it has been more and more widely used.

Powder synthetic resin has the characteristics of long storage period, convenient transportation, low free formaldehyde, simple storage condition, and convenient use condition. After more than three decedes of development, our powdery synthetic resin products have reached and exceeded a number of domestic and foreign competitors in terms of environmental performance, adhesion, and usability. Storage and Shelf life:

For purpose of longer storage life, it should be sealed and stored at shady and dry place, otherwise UF resin will lose activity by contacting moisture.
