Construction Polyurethane Foam Sealant 

Feature:

This product combined the functions of heat insulation, cold insulation, moisture-proof, quakeproof, insulation, seal, heat preservation, cementation together, with the characteristics of high foaming quantity, good flexibility, high cementation intensity, and so on. It is the modern ideal new building material, no harm to environment, energy saving, easy to use.

Applications
 1. Door and window installation: seal, fill, fix and adhere the gap between doors, windows   

and walls.
 2. Advertisement model: make model and sand plate, repair show board.
 3. Sound insulation and absorption: insulate and absorb sound as a sealant in speech room

and broadcast studio.
 4. Gardening: make ikebana and gardening simple and beautiful.
 5. Daily maintenance: repair the hole, gap, brick and floor.
 6. Resisting water and fixing leak: mend the hole of water pipe and cloaca.
 7. Packing and transportation: pack valuable and fragile goods easily and quickly, resist  

shock and press.

Using Method:

1. Before use, should remove the dirt greasy and the floating dust from the surface, and sprays few

water in the construction surface, make it moistly.

2. Before use, sway the can fully (at least 20 times), guarantee the material in the can mix thoroughly.

3. If use the gun type spray for sealing, make the can inversion and joint, revolve the screw. open the flow valve, adjust the flux，then spray. If use plastic tube for the spray, connect the plastic tube with the screw tightly, make the can inversion, press then spray.

4. Pay attention to the approaching speed during the spraying process, usually just need to fill half of the filling volume. Fill the vertical slit from bottom to top.  Such as ceiling slit, as a result of the gravity function, the foam which is not fully dried may fall, so we suggest use some support point in the beginning of filling, remove the support point when the foam fully dried.

5. About 10 minutes, the foam have a surface dry, after 1 hour the foam solidifies and get stable with

the best bearing effect within 3-5 hours.

6. Get rid of the redundant foam by knife, then cover the surface by cement, or sand, silicone sealant. 

7. When finished, clean the spray gun by special cleaner.

Warning:

1. The normal application temperature for the can is 5℃~ 40℃, the best application temperature is 18℃~ 25℃. The temperature can affect the foaming quantity. When the temperature is excessively low, the foam quantity will be less. Therefore under low temperature, put the can under 30℃~ 40℃ for 30 minutes, or warm the can under the water with temperature 40℃, then use.

2. Use up in one time, if not be used up, keep the gun on the can, close the flux controller to avoid air entering that makes the foam dry and damage the gun. Put the can under cool and aeration condition, or clean the gun and valve by foam cleaner. It can be stored for a long time.

Storage and Packing:

1. Store the product in aeration warehouse under temperature 15-35℃，keep far away from the heat, fire and flammable goods. Inversion and throw is strictly prohibited. It can not be piled more than 5 layers The shelf time is 12 month from the date of production. It is available to use based on passing of the test if beyond the shelf life.
